Worn or broken drag washers are replaced. The reel is then reassembled using premium lubricants and given a final inspection before being returned to the owner.   • Step 3 - We Get to Work Once your reel arrives, our technicians fully disassemble it, clean every component with our proprietary 4 Reel Cleaner® concentrate, inspect all bearings and drag washers, replace any worn parts using original OEM factory parts, and reassemble with professional-grade lubrication. If parts need to be ordered, we'll contact you directly by email or text before proceeding.
